RETURN INFORMATION

At Ritlana.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We are confident you will love the product, as every item is passed through strict quality check to maintain quality and standard. We also know you need some piece of mind with your purchase and so do we. If you’re not happy with your recent purchase, by all means send it back! Please read the instructions on the return form included in your package and below carefully before initiating return.

Returns are excepted under following reasons:

  • Returns must be made within 60 days from the day you received your package. 
  • All items must be new, unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in resellable condition.
  • You're returning an item that was damaged or defective or due to an error on our part.
  • You return an item because you no longer need it.
  • Item not purchased within any promotional offer.
  • Item got damaged in transit.

Note:

  • Unfortunately we won't be able to accept items that don’t meet these criteria or are non-returnable. 
  • After we receive your package, your refund will be credited within 7 business days or to your store credit for next buy as you choose.
  • Please contact us before you return an item to collect a Order return number within 30 days from your date of purchase. ( Returns without "order return number" will not be excepted.)
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
  • Some special rules for promotional offers may override "Ritlana 60 Day Returns Policy.
  • Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Ritlana team.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 The following items are non-returnable.  Credit will not be issued for the following:

  • All items purchased on final sale.
  • Hair accessories , Inner wear, Lingerie, Fragrances, Beauty products,
  • Jewellery, Swimsuits, Socks, Home Furnish, CDs, Pens & Books.

Instructions on Returning the Package

  • Carefully pack to avoid any damage to the item when returned- Please use original packaging if possible.
  • Include return merchandise slip inside the package.
  • Paste return mailing label securely on top of the package- covering the delivery address and barcode.
  • Attach appropriate postage stamp(contact your nearest post office for required value) to your package. Note:- return postage will be added to your refund or store credit if it is due to our fault.
  • Use your nearest post office to send the package or return method of your choice. If the item is of high value, it is recommended to use trackable return method.

Note: We do not offer return pickup at present. If you don't have a printer, you can also hand-write the statement and return address and make use of the original payment invoice or a copy, highlighting what exactly being returned.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

For items, return shipping will be refunded under certain conditions.

  • Product delivered was damaged or defective due to an error on our part.
  • No shipping cost refund will be issued if you return an item because you no longer need it.
  • Only standard return delivery will be compensated.
  • You can contact us for additional refund charges, if returning large or heavy items.

 

Note:

        Custom Duties and taxes are non-refundable if any. 

        For refund of such additional charges, proof of payment, like a courier receipt needs to be submitted. The cost of gift-wrapping will also be refunded, if any.
