A product can be exchanged, at no extra cost, provided the item fulfils below conditions.
An item could be returned given it arrived in a damaged or defective state or was basically different from the thing that was ordered, are eligible for a free of charge replacement, provided the exact merchandise is available.
Note: If the said item is no longer available in stock, then it cannot be exchanged. Only a refund against a return would be issued.
All products, which are in the return period and in store, are eligible for free exchange. We will ship the exchanged product through standard shipping after we receive the returned item at our warehouse. You could possibly request for the exchange as per below:
· Damaged piece received
· Item received varies from that which was ordered
· Item is missing out on parts or accessories
· Defective item/does not really work correctly
. Exchange of non-apparel items may only be swapped with a similar non-apparel item.
. Exchange with equal or lesser value items only.
Note: The replacement cannot be made for an item by Ritlana which was returned and replaced earlier.
