Shipping Policy
At Ritlana we ship items worldwide, countries we send to are listed below. All orders are processed in 1-2 working days, but generally we dispatch within the same day. We take all care for safe delivery of your package as we want ours to be delivered. Shipping addresses of APO / FPO, PO Boxes are not entertained. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the tracking no and tracking link to track your package.

POLICY AND TERMS
By placing an order at Ritlana, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees. and the cost of return shipping back to Ritlana. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
Standard Parcel Service provides insurance on the package but does not provide tracking service. If you wish to keep a track of your item and safer delivery we recommend Speed Post and other services as they have detailed tracking.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities wants us to mention the value of your order directly on your package.
Note: In rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
CHANGE ADDRESS AFTER SHIPMENT SENT
Please check your shipment address carefully if you find it incorrect please informs us instantly via email before your order shipment. Once your order is out for shipment we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order.
TRACK AN ORDER
After order is shipped we send you shipment email on your email id with tracking no if you wish to view tracking status you can use our “TRACK ORDER” option which is available at the bottom of the site where you just need to enter your order no and your email id to check your order status. We would like to mention here tracking status will appear after 48-72 hours of your order shipment.
